If your child is absent, please fill out the purple note (stored inside of your child’s binder) and send it in the front of the binder.  This states the date and why your child was out of school.  I must keep very detailed records along with your Absence Documentation Forms.

I appreciate your emails, too, but I need to have the purple note for documentation.  I send these notes to the school counselor.
