How to get in touch with me

 

First thing in the morning...

Place a note inside the front cover, on top of the rainbow. Remind your child to show it to me upon arrival.

Best way...

Email.  Please do not rely on this method for changes in dismissal or other urgent matters as I may not be able to check email during the day.  I am able to reply to your email well within 24 hours.

Conference...

I am happy to meet with you at any time to discuss your child's progress - emotionally, socially, and academically.  I am honored to be your partner in your child's educational experience.

So Important:

Children are encouraged to walk themselves to the class. Children are encouraged be responsible citizens in our class & it starts with letting go a little.  Please email me or send me a note instead of stopping by in the morning to chat or ask questions.  I want to greet each child (we must say good morning to each other each morning) and focus my attention on setting the tone for the day.  Your children look at my reaction as I see them come in each day.  I want them to feel welcome & needed.  I would love, love, love to chat with my wonderful parents, but my focus needs to be on the children.  Thank you for supporting our needs!
